Dr. Turley has been working as a counselor for over six years with adults and couples. Compassion and acceptance are the cornerstones of his approach. There is no story that will shock or overwhelm him. Whether it is grief, infidelity, substance abuse, or family strife, Dr. Turley will bring his expertise and focus to your issues.
Dr. Turley is also an experienced school counselor working with At-Risk children in the local area.
Difficult and troubled learners have become his specialty, including how to help those with behavioral issues and learning issues. He is also a trained Texas District Testing Coordinator and Special Education Coordinator, as well as a Certified Texas Teacher and Pastoral Counselor. Dr. Turley has a PhD from the University of Texas in Sociology, and has taught college level course for the past 16 years, locally and across the nation.
Dr. Turley has two books published and is working on a Pastoral Counseling text currently.
